An Hispanic Gang entered the BK, not a "group of hispanics" but a street gang whose MO appeared to be intimidation and threatened violence. It was a street gang and the Bronx was far from the area in NY where I was comfortable.
I had been on 38th street one night that week - caught a late night showing of Carrie and this brother (that's slang for black fellow) in the balcony handed me a joint and I tried to hand it back he said, no keep it.
