Today than there was when Trump campaigned and won the election with the Wall being one of his campaign promises.
Trump has given the powers that be 2 years to get on board on something that the majority of them admitted prior to Trump they support.
All this amounts to is that if asking nicely doesn’t get it done leverage needs to be applied for what’s best for Americans.
