Remember when there were 4 black coaches coaching in college a few years back? So that's about a 3 percent chance a black coach would've won a championship.

There are talented black candidates available (not just coaches) in all industries that get passed over for mediocrity like this. Being white is one of the best references an applicant can have...

Look at Quin Snyder. Would've never gotten another shot after destroying Mizzou's program. Now he's at the Jazz. Mike Davis took Indiana to a National Championship, where is he?? Where is N Champion Kevin Ollie? Exactly
