Kliff Kingsbury, former coach of Texas Tech, was just hired be the Arizona Cardinals in the NFL. He was recently fired by Tech for poor performance, and that has somehow turned into an immediate promotion to the same position in the NFL.

This is why affirmative action (and the Rooney Rule) is needed. There is no doubt, absolutely none, that Kingsbury would not have been hired if he was black. He was 35-40 at Tech. Please name me a coach in the NFL/NBA that was fired at the college level and hired to the same position at the professional level. He would not have been given the opportunity if he were not white, and affirmative action is in place to combat that. Give other people a look. A ton of black college coaches are fired and never heard from again..
It's the same with Beto O'Rourke. He is considered a Presidential candidate for losing, while no one has mentioned Stacey Abrams and Andrew Gillum..
So much for lower standards huh Hokie?
