Having been involved in accidents myself, one involving an uninsured illegal alien, as well as having 2 company cars totaled. In all 3 cases, the at-fault drivers could never have afforded to replace the vehicles, especially not in a time frame i nneeded to maintain my business. Thus, it appears it is you that misses the point...again
