Guy wanted to file a claim against my brother's insurance for coming down an on-ramp and side-swiping my brother's truck. Car had 30-day temp tags on a used car he'd just bought and driver had no insurance.

Don't know how that could possibly happen--last cars I bought I had to furnish proof of insurance before they would issue the temp tag to drive the car off the lot.
