Trump has already hit 3% for year, despite 8 federal rate hikes raising the cost of borrowing.

Obama also said we can't drill our way to energy independence.

Texas oilmen said hold our beer, and did it anyway on private land, with little help from O's crew.

I'm sure that's not the fantasy you tell yourself, but it's reality.
