Barry was a beginner; high risk low reward hire by inept AD.

I think BO has improved his staff (not enough yet) and built the team up.

He has a ways to go in the game situation chess matches.

My hope now is that ST improves to be a stength & that the O is so good we front run more while the D gets better with better players since the inept Walters will apparently be sticking around.

In short, if Odom gets the team built even better, it can hide his & other coach issues while they take awhile to learn.
