We are in a position where we will have to give Odom time to build this program his way, for better or worse. We simply don't have the boosters who will demand (and pay) for us to fire and hire every three years. Period.
Odom is improving as a coach in some ways, and I'm interested to see where it goes next year. Hoping for some more on field improvements (closing out close games, beating decent teams, improved defense, etc.).
