So, without insurance they can’t own a gun. If they don’t have a gun, they can’t shoot anyone. See how simple that is?
On the other hand, if they can afford insurance and they have it, at least after they murder someone, the victim’s family and will get compensated. See how simple it is?
And I think it is also silly, to suggest that once the insurance is required that the criminals wouldn’t buy insurance. Because you see, if they didn’t have insurance and they killed someone, they could get in serious trouble. Perhaps get fined for not having insurance.
Further, if a homeowner owns a gun and kills a career criminal breaking into his home, the loving, grieving family of the career criminal will be compensated. So they can send their other eight children to Princeton. Where the first one would have gone if they had the money.
This all makes perfect sense.
You just need to start thinking like a liberal.
