that Olimpic sprinters are virtually always black? Olympic sprinters from the United States, Africa, Canada, England, and France have been in the Olympics in recent Olympiads. All black.

A black Canadian a black brit, a black Frenchman and black Americans and Africans... vastly different cultures and yet a very singular common denominator.

It would seem hard to argue that race is not a significant factor in the speed of elite splinters around the world.
