2. It's the law to enter legally, so you just contradicted your own position.

3. If you don't have any idea who is in the country and a person not registered does, in fact, commit a crime, they have no id, no actual identity record, nothing on file, nothing to prosecute or deport or otherwise act on.

HOw do you enforce a law when the crime is committed by a person with no legal identity?
