you have to quickly decide to use glass or not. (Sometimes its best IMO.) Otherwise, ones shot should always be whatever it is one uses and likes. As to shot adjustment on distance, isn't that kind of automatic anyway. I don't believe there's thinking involved. I find if I miss it is usually left or right, not long or short. Thats especially true if I'm really using my wrist and get a lot of backspin. If I don't, I don't shoot as well.
