creates a rating system that does not cap at 5 or 10 or 100, or some round number is a jackass.
There is no reason at all that their rating system can't be something like 4.6-5.0 is 5* and 3.6-4.5 is 4* and so-on down the line....or one of countless other scales that actually makes sense.
5.8-6.0 = 4*
6.1 = 5*
