to West Virginia, don't see them joining the B10, maybe the PAC with the East Division being, UA, ASU, CU, UT, OU, Utah, and possibly TT and Okie Lite and the West Stanford, UCLA, CAL, USC, WASH ST, UW, OREGON, and OREGON ST.
