they said outright there wasn't any evidence to support a raise or extension, but then they say Sterk might as well, anyway. Let's all hope the team does finish strong, doesn't embarrass us in a Bowl game, so Sterk has a legitimate reason to give the coach and the staff raises and an extension. He didn't have that last year so papered over it with the weakest extension and buyout possible. Don't want that to happen again.
