Bear Bryant used his pull to get ABC to carry the Bama /Mizzou game on the Monday night a week before the NFL started in that slot .That was 1975 Bama was expected to roll us but we won 20-7. Keith Morrisey a 6'4" 227 DT from a little town in northern Missouri spent more time in the Tide backfield than Richard Todd their QB. The national press was stunned as Bama was a possible National Champion. Typical Al ONofrio game. I think we ended up 6-5 and ALabama won their last 11 and the Sugar Bowl over Penn State
