and would disproportionately impact the poorest Americans. It would need to be something like 23-28% to make up for the revenues lost by eliminating income tax.

But, who cares right?

I think the brackets where they were before the GOP cuts last year were fine, but there should have been one more bracket added at the top at about 42-44% for those earning 2 million a year or more.
