that would be impacted is the top...and it's just moving it back to where it was before the GOP tax cuts last year. The top bracket should have been left where it was.

As I've said many times, taxes should be temporarily raised modestly on ALL Americans during times of strong economy and full employment in effort to get rid of some of the debt.
