hand a salient point should be addressed as such rather than summarily dismissed just because of the posting history of a particular handle. Tigerboard isn't and has never been an echo chamber. I wouldn't want it to be and I feel like most here don't want it to be.

So the guy is a dick, so what? Focus the discussion on the point not the poster.

So I say again, we have an issue with recruiting, what are your thoughts on that, not the moran that posted it?
