6 would be failure.

This is such an important season for Odom's future at MU. He needs to capitalize on Beckner Jr coming back, having the star quarterback, etc. If he can't (only wins 6 or 7 games) recruiting will get even tougher.

On the other hand, maybe getting 9 wins will actually lead to a little recruiting success? Not sure if Odom is really that kind of a closer, to be honest, but if his team with a few stars can't win, the guy will be toast eventually.
