I do my own "fasting". Two days a week, I try to stay 1500

calories below my TDEE. For me that's around 1500 calories since I burn around 3,000 in a day if I am very inactive. 4 other days a week I work out and stay 1000 calories below my TDEE those days. It's actually really easy to follow but the two fasting days aren't much fun.
