You can have emails and tapes that prove him right. You can also have emails that prove guilt or innocence.
But IF you lie in that scenarie, you're a dead man. No, no, no reason to do that. And the prosecutor didn't do it either for petesaks.
Right now, Cohen plays ball, then at his sentencing hearing on Dec 11, Bob Mueller can tll the judge that this guy has been GREAT and recommened five months OR 300 years. You do the math.
