IMO Puryear and Geist are being way undersold for

this upcoming season. In some cases just down right disrespected. Obviously Jontay and JT will be the most important and arguably the best players but they are still young and will have ups and downs.
I expect KP to be our 3rd or 4th best player (depends on Santos) but I do think Puryear should come off the bench. He is slightly undersized as a 4 and not as mobil or quick enough to guard the perimeter. If he comes off the bench he should play against the reserves for other teams and he has the ability and experience to take advantage of these match ups.
KP is actually pretty solid across the board and I expect his shooting % to go up this year,solid rebounder, defender ft shooter and passer.
Geist is maybe the most important player to this team besides jontay.( I know that sounds scary) but he will have the ball in his hands a lot. With jontay back it helps every one on the roster because he can do so many things. I believe it helps take a lot of pressure off geist as a play maker.
Geist actually shot better from 3 then jontay and 3rd on the team last year. Both guys will be improved as seniors and I expect will have a big impact on this team this year.
The best thing is they dont have to be the guy so that puts them in the position they need to be in as an important role player.
JP JT and Santos will be the 3 best players imo (watson will show flashes) but geist and KP will have their times as well.
The good thing about this team is we have 4 guys coming back who played over 19 mins a game and throw nikko in there 5 guys who were in the regular rotation last year. Chemistry, experience and familiarity aways helps on the court
