understood what was in it, but didn't read it.
the entire affidavit is a lie. it begins by stating, flat out, that C Page is an agent of a foreign power involved in clandestine activity on behalf of that foreign power.
when nothing of the sort had been proven. it wasn't a fact then and sure as hell isn't a fact now. otherwise, he'd be in jail.
they could have said based on such and such we have probable cause to believe he's a spy (not that they had p/c but at least that would have been somewhat truthful) but that isn't what the said at all. just flat out called him a spy instead. no questions asked.
and it went downhill from there.
