WADR: re the tweets, what about the First Amendment?

It strikes me the tweets are speech and the First Amendment guarantees free speech. So how can they be obstruction of justice? Trump can say anything he damn well wants. His tweets may be evidence against him, i.e. he admits something, but just tweeting that Mueller, et al. are whatever seems a long way from obstruction of justice.
