How can MU "win big this year" with our recruiting history?

Going by the rankings listed in that article, MU has finished 11th, 14th, 13th, 12th, 13th, 13th, and 13th in the SEC since joining the conference. How can the two statements be reconciled? On the one hand you imply that it's possible for Odom to win big this year. On the other hand you say it's impossible to win in the SEC without finishing in the middle of SEC recruiting. MU has only finished inside your 11th place cut-off one time -- and that was the first year in coming into the league.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
