Don't you have to "follow" an account to see that account's negative social media posts? Kids aren't following random anonymous angry MU fans with 23 followers. And they aren't scrolling down through the replies and mentions that are responding to a recruiting "expert's" tweet promoting their latest update on a pay site.

People who say negative SM negatively impacts a kid's perception of a school don't understand SM.
