Given the way the B1G network works adding them is of no value since Iowa is already a member. Of all the semi-legit schools/programs they may be in the worst spot when the Big 12 does disband. Many of the Big 12 programs are in a bad spot due to short sightedness or lack of something like ku or KSU, but even if ISU navigated things well they simply are stuck.
