The vote recount was open to observers in both parties until the Democrats realized it wasn't going to their way. Then they kicked out the Republican observers and the press and locked the door. That's when the Republican observers, not "disguised" as anyone else started to demand the cheating Democrats reopen the recount to bipartisan and news media observation. And yes, they rightfully pounded on the door.
