Mueller and when the pressure is high in September (right before mid terms) Donnie can Twitter that Mueller was going to be done by September 1. He will the go on to insult the DOJ via Twitter about how much time and money they are wasting when they told Guiliani were going to be done on September 1st .

Thing is there are a lot folks who will buy into this smoke and mirrors tactic.
