necessarily always want to. 2019's top 10 was brought up and we haven't offered several of them.
The key factor here is the elite guys. I can't think of a 5* kid we've gotten from out of state off hand. But we get a few MO 5* kids. We will likely always have a hard time landing elite out of state kids. So when there are some here at home, we need to land them, as those will sometimes be the only elite recruits we get.
