they'd played an exhibition game against the NY Yankees down at Spring ball. That's innovative. Why didn't we play one against the Cardinals or the Royals? There's just no creativity behind the marketing of some of our lesser programs. Women's softball had finally broken through in the public's eye as something worth attending until Sterk &Co. crushed their reputation under his foot like a grape. Not sure they'll recover.
