And they have 60 games to schedule, including 30 against the best conference in the country. Yes, playing these types of games early in the season is fine. Beiser is getting to look at 6 pitchers and 5 bench players today who would not have had playing time otherwise. They just got done playing Miami in midweek last week as well as 4 games against a tournament team in Northeastern. The schedule is fine.
