but I hope there is someone else who can play 2B until either Romaine or Burnside are cleared to play. Are Garrison, Decker, and George purely outfielders? Our offense takes a real hit (no pun intended) with the line up you described.

A bigger question now with Bailey apparently redshirting is what happens when both Burnside and Romaine are healthy again? I've only seen a handful of streamed games but it appears Wilmes is a keeper, and should be starting, and has an added value of being versatile enough to play several infield positions. Who will be the odd person out between her, Burnside and Romaine? Or, if Edwards doesn't come around, would we play all 3 and rotate Burnside and Romaine at DH?

A few relevant stats:

After a slow start going 0-11, Wilmes has gone 12-22, .545, and is hitting .333 for the year. Burnside also stated slow, going 0-11, then went 9-18, .500, before getting injured. She is at .310 for the year. And before getting injured, Romaine was off to a good start at the plate, 8-20, .400.

Bailey was just 1-21, .048, and Edwards is 5-33, .122 so far.
