my point is, if he was to tweak his back, his draft stock tumbles, and his back situation could get labeled chronic. Very risky in his case.
Just because you get medical clearance, doesn't mean you should play from a business perspective.
As a fan, of course I want him to play and help us win.
As a financial adviser, I would advice against playing.
Ultimately, that's why the decision is up to his parents and not the coach, fans, financial advisers or doctors. As a parent you have to do what's right for your son, goals, financial situation, and aspirations.
