college credit classes. I know one he is taking now is for Intro to Computer Science credit from U of Iowa.

Unreal what the school offers compared to my podunk school where it was German/French, standard math and english classes, chemistry, biology, physics, zoology (!), basic social studies. Our electives were gym, shop, auto shop, home economics, etc. Nothing special.

Francis Howell has Mandarin Chinese, Robotics, Computer Science, Intro to Engineering, some Biomedical classes, just insane choices that are too many to list.

I'd have had a better attitude towards high school with what they offer.

Hell, my son is taking an online class this summer on Personal Finance just because he wants to take it but not have it tie up a semester during the school year as he has other classes he wants to take.

Blows me away what is available now compared to the early 90s.
