evidence. Schiff, Ratcliffe, Goodlatte, and Gowdy. 3 are former prosecutors. Goodlatte is/was an attorney but I don't think he was ever a prosecutor. Ratcliffe, in particular, has a lot of FISA court experience. not sure about the other 2. Ratcliffe, Goodlatte, and Gowdy, who actually wrote the memo, both say the process was abused and corrupted. Schiff says it's political to say that and I guess doesn't believe the process was corrupted.
