I'm very familiar with the process of declassifying information. However, your OP was the memo withheld information about a FISA warrant on Papa. When asked for proof of said warrant, you and Sparky start this odd narrative of the FBI not releasing such information (b/c of an ongoing investigation or whatever). However, they released information, after stonewalling for a year, in regards to the Page warrant so why wouldn't they do the same for a warrant on Papa?
