on Flynn, Papadoulis, and Page were lawfully obtained.

They had all visited Russia and had attracted FBI attention based on intercepts involving Russian nationals that merited further interest, and even in Flynn's case, he had registered as a foreign agent.

Getting a FISA warrant is a non-trivial process. I'm not sure what's been illegal about it.
