One key issue here is that it looks like the FISA warrant was a base political hit by Hillary and Obama and should never have been issued under FBI & Justice Department guidelines.

It is like a warrantless search. Any evidence discovered because of an illegal search is thrown out of court as soon as it is discovered. Any prosecutor worth his salt will realize that and drop any case depending upon such a search before wasting any more taxpayer money on a travesty of justice.
