to actually be in this country when they vote.
They should be able to phone in their vote from mexico for any precinct in the country (limit ten for each foreigner) without having to risk the trip to get here.
Much as blacks are not given photo ID in this country and have no way of obtaining one, foreigners cannot be expected to visit let alone reside, in the precinct(s) in which they wish to vote.
Systemic racism.
White supremacy.
White nationalism.
Anti immigrant.
