someone that is cooperating with them, if they've heard of/are familiar with "X"?

"Wheeling & dealing with an opposition firm?" WTF is that supposed to mean? Steele was engaged to investigate - he (on his own) shared the results of his information with the feds; apparently his reporting didn't include a reference to papadopous - WHO was the fool that got buzzed and leaked information (that was reported to the fbi.)
