Where will the lost revenue come from??

For those that like the tax bill, estimates are at a 1.5 trillion deficit. So the question is, where will that lost revenue come from? Please don't say from the hiring that will come from it, as the CEO's that were quizzed by the lobbyists that wrote the bill have already said they will not be looking to hire new workers.

Trump has already said he will increase military spending (aka corporate welfare for things we don't use or need). He also wants money for a wall as well, which is a totally new expenditure.

So where exactly do we expect to make up this lost revenue???
