I think the wording of the question makes a little bit

The actual question is much more specific about what conflict of interest and mentions nothing about being unbiased.
Do you think independent counsel Robert Mueller has conflicts of interest as the former head of the FBI and a friend of James Comey or do those relationships not amount to a conflict of interest?
I would agree that Mueller being a friend of Comey might be seen as a conflict of interest but it's quite minor. But who are you going to find that has never met or has an unbiased opinion on this subject?
