that can be legally prohibited. you're right the mere act of yelling fire in and of itself isn't illegal but in the old-days fires were a very big concern in theaters. not so much anymore. but the larger point; which escapes you, is that if your speech creates a disturbance it can be infringed upon even though the 1st amendment says no such thing.

that is not ME saying this. that is our courts saying this.
