They pretend she is qualified, and she agrees.

But as she looks around and eventually notices that EVERYONE is smarter than she is, she wants other stupid people to talk to in order to air their grievances.

It must be a male thing.
It must be a white thing.
It must be a heterosexual thing.

So they come up with a few carefully chosen buzzwords like INCLUSIVE (which must be applied regardless of merit) and COMMUNITY, and holistic engineering education...whatever that means.

Do you want to drive over a bridge that was designed by an inclusive team of holistic engineers?
