You have to get government out of the business [f]or the most part. Second, we do not have a healthcare problem. We have a problem in that people are expecting the USG and Corps to pay for everything including their poor choices. Third, we expect medical professionals to be perfect, and that standard is set by ambulance chasing lawyers. This leads to preventive medicine that is not necessary and increased costs. This is not the same as gross negligence. Forth, free the medical profession from the over regulation. Example, if there is a small town that doesn't have a doctor, but there is a nurse, that would open a clinic, let them. Regulations should encourage, not discourage things such as this
