“People say that we as Christians should not be so tied to the Republican Party. Well, we’re not. We are often frustrated and betrayed. We criticize, complain and often work against “the tribe.” But when the other party hates us, and when it’s two sacraments are abortion and gay marriage, and their chief good work is to penalize Christians for living as Christians .......,,well, then the virtue of not voting and keeping clean hands loses its appeal. “
