Inquiries are carried out by professionals sworn to non-partisanship. For example both Comey and Mueller are Republicans. But does Hannity suggest that maybe the lawyers are going to try harder b/c they are biased - or that they will make up evidence easily revealed to be fake in court? Are District Attorneys biased typically. Was Bugliosi biased against Charles Manson, or was he prosecuting a prospective criminal. The entire line of argument is preposterous.
